Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Care Executive at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer emails and chats

- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
