Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. You will act as a liaison between customers and Amazon, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude.

  • Coordinate with different departments to provide accurate solutions.

  • Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures.

  • Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to the management team.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.


Educational Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.


Experience



  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-related industry.
