Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Support Advisor to join our dynamic team in Washington State. As a Client Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience with our services and products.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor? degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a customer support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Responsibilities



  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes

Educational Qualifications
