Job Summary
As an In-Flight Customer Support Attendant for Delta Airlines, you will be the face of our airline, responsible for providing exceptional in-flight service and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and needs.
– Serve meals and beverages, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
– Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment, including the management of supplies and equipment.
– Respond to and resolve any passenger concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
– Communicate effectively with the flight crew to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience.
– Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
– Customer service experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment strongly preferred.
– Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Must meet Delta Airlines’ grooming and appearance standards.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
