Job Description

Amazon Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Washington. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch client service. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor? degree preferred

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

– Provide detailed information about Amazon? products and services

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

– Identify opportunities to improve client services and implement solutions

– Assist clients with account management and order processing

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor? degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Experience

– Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable

– Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
