Job Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Assistance Specialist to join our team in Washington. As a Client Assistance Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to provide timely and accurate information to our clients, delivering an unmatched level of service that Amazon is known for.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of client issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
