### Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or IT preferred.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role.
3. Strong familiarity with Apple products and the iOS interface.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to resolving customer issues.
7. High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote communication.
### Educational Qualifications
– Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
– Additional certification in IT, customer support, or relevant fields is preferred.
### Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
– Experience with Apple products or technology-related support is a plus.
