As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)


• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently


• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns


• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information


• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately


• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers


• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions


• Assist with training new team members as needed

Educational Qualifications
