Job Description

As a Product Usability Tester at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the usability of our products and services. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of user experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assess products from the user’s perspective, identify usability issues, and provide actionable insights to enhance user satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor? degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field preferred.

Experience

– Previous experience in usability testing or user experience research is preferred but not required.
