As a Customer Care Agent, you will handle a variety of tasks aimed at assisting guests, ensuring their interactions with Disney are nothing short of enchanting.

In this role, you will assist guests with reservations, ticketing, and provide information about our parks, facilities, and services. You’ll use your problem-solving skills to address concerns, offer solutions, and ensure guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**

1. Provide timely and accurate information to guests about Disney products, services, and policies.

2. Manage reservations, bookings, and ticket inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

3. Resolve guest issues with a patient and caring approach, escalating complex issues as necessary.

4. Document guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.

5. Stay current with knowledge of Disney? offerings, promotions, and events to provide accurate information.

6. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service.

7. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests at all times.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

7. Ability to work in a team and build relationships with coworkers.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.

– Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or related field.

**Experience:**

– Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, but not required.
