Description

As a Product Validation Tester at Amazon, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be involved in the testing of various products, from software applications to physical devices, ensuring that they function as intended and provide an exceptional user experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product development teams, engaging in discussions about product features, functionality, and design. You will also participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that products meet customer requirements and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of testing processes and outcomes, providing clear reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

– Bachelor? degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in product validation or software testing.

– Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

– Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

– Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

– Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

– Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on products.

– Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution.

– Collaborate with product managers and development teams to clarify requirements.

– Facilitate user acceptance testing with end-users and gather feedback.

– Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

– Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
