### Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

2. Foster strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.

3. Assist customers in understanding and maximizing the value of our products and services.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

### Educational Qualifications:
