Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Nurse Educator to join our expanding team. As a Virtual Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare professionals by providing education and training through virtual platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our nurses are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

As part of our commitment to enhancing patient outcomes, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive educational programs that align with current best practices and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify educational needs, create engaging content, and foster a culture of continuous learning within our organization.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience


• Experience in nursing education or training preferred


• Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and healthcare regulations


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Proficient in using virtual meeting and training platforms


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver virtual educational programs for nursing staff


• Assess educational needs and create tailored training materials


• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions through virtual platforms


• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed


• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to nursing staff


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure training aligns with clinical practices


• Stay updated with the latest nursing research, technologies, and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor? Degree in Nursing (BSN) required


• Master? Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience


• Experience in nursing education or training preferred
