In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual and operational standards of the store, managing inventory, and coaching a team of retail associates. You will work closely with other team leaders to strategize and achieve sales targets, manage staffing needs, and implement promotional activities. Your ability to analyze sales data to understand trends and opportunities will be critical in driving the financial success of the store.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and retail industry regulations.

2. Manage and motivate a team of retail associates; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

3. Maintain high store standards and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience.

4. Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability and variety.

5. Analyze sales reports and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

6. Coordinate with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop staff.

7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

6. Proficient in retail management software and MS Office.

7. Passion for the Disney brand and knowledge of its products.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

**Experience:**

– At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume or flagship store environment.
