Job Description

  • Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling reservations

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

  • Provide detailed information on Delta Airlines’ services, policies, and travel requirements

  • Update customer records accurately in the system

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Educational Qualifications
