Day to Day

Indeed is seeking a new member of the Readiness team within the GTM Accelerate organization. As a Senior Specialist on Field Readiness you will assist with the launch of new products and product-related changes and initiatives to the Client Success (CS) and Sales teams. You will serve as a trusted partner and resource to your aligned partner groups, products, and field teams and regions. You will help shape a positive client experience by actioning field feedback and driving product and process improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, process-driven and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
? You are a senior contributor on a team responsible for preparing clients and CS & Sales teams for new product and feature launches.
? You serve as advocate and proxy for field teams globally, ensuring CS and Sales priorities and the experience of their clients are collected and addressed throughout product launches and/or updates.
? This role will work cross functionally with Product and GTM teams to ensure Indeed?s field teams have the right resources and tools to sell, retain and manage Indeed products.
? You will engage CS and Sales within your aligned segments and regions to gather feedback, identify key priorities and deeply understand what is needed to enhance product go-to-market strategy for Indeed?s field teams and clients.
? You will ensure you follow and create, where needed, clear channels through which to route feedback from clients and internal partners to facilitate new solutions and translate challenges into product opportunities.

Skills/Competencies

Who You Are
? You have experience working on a remote and global team.
? You are strategic and methodical with a wealth of experience in CS or Sales centric roles. You understand the systems and tools, roles and responsibilities, and operating model of global Client Success and Sales organizations.
? You have demonstrated exceptional command of complex cross functional work in a global environment.
? You are detailed, organized, able to build and execute effective project plans, create processes and implement strategies that scale globally.
? You are client-centric with experience supporting product launches and/or managing client relationships.
? You are inclusive, enthusiastic about working cross functionally across varied teams, and you create communication flows and work streams that enable effective collaboration.
? You display exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport with internal partners of diverse cultures and levels of expertise.

Skills/Competencies
? 5+ years of relevant experience - CS, Sales, project management, product management
? Ability to grasp complex new products and workflows quickly and become a product expert
? Track record of building and maintaining successful relationships across the business
? Experience within and/or supporting Sales and CS organizations
? Global experience with a focus on executing complex client and product strategy
? Demonstrated project management or cross-functional work experience
? Adaptable, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 83,000 - 118,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 90,000-127,000 USD per year
Scottsdale 78,000-113,000 USD per year
SF Bay Area 100,000-135,000 USD per year

74,000-110,000 CAD per year

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
