**Requirements**


1. Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or similar leadership role in sales.


2. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.


3. Excellent communication and team management skills.


4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.


5. Ability to work under strict deadlines.


6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


7. A Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


**Educational Qualifications**

**Experience**


– Minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership position, preferably in the entertainment, media, or related industry.
