You will also be expected to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and contribute to team knowledge by sharing insights and feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various applications.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.


• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities
