Requirements

7. Strong knowledge of using transcription software and equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Listening to audio files and accurately transcribing them into written documents.

2. Reviewing drafts to ensure they are free of errors and are consistent with the original audio.

3. Using specific transcription software and equipment as required.

4. Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

5. Delivering accurate transcriptions within the specified timelines.

6. Regularly updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

7. Collaborating with the team to achieve overall company goals.

Educational Qualifications

Experience
