As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of Amazon, getting orders to customers promptly and efficiently. As a Delivery Associate, you will operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that all packages are handled with care and delivered with a smile. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area


• Must pass a background check and drug test


• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Load packages into the delivery vehicle


• Deliver packages to customers on assigned routes


• Follow safety and compliance guidelines


• Provide excellent customer service


• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues


• Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information


• Assist with sorting and preparing packages for delivery

Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
