Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field.


• Certified Health Coach (CHC) or similar certification.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health coaching or a related field.


• Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness, and wellness principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual health coaching sessions with clients.


• Create personalized health and wellness plans based on client goals.


• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients.


• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting plans as needed.


• Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.


• Stay current with the latest health and wellness research and trends.
