Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field


• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or related roles


• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)


• Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to analyze and interpret email marketing metrics


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our services


• Segment email lists based on user engagement and demographics


• Create and test email templates to optimize engagement and conversions


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights


• Collaborate with the content team to align email campaigns with content strategies


• Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and regulations
