2. Minimum of 3 years?xperience in operational planning or project management.

3. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and data to make informed recommendations.

4. Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
