Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Occupational Nurse Specialist to join our innovative healthcare team. As a Remote Occupational Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment. This position involves conducting health assessments, providing medical advice, and coordinating care for our employees. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health or related field


• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHRs)


• Strong understanding of occupational health regulations and compliance standards


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees


• Provide medical advice and guidance on occupational health issues


• Develop and implement health and safety programs


• Coordinate care and follow-up for work-related injuries and illnesses


• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards


• Promote a culture of health and wellness within the organization


• Maintain accurate and confidential health records using EHRs

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required


• Master? degree in Occupational Health Nursing or related field preferred
