**Job Description:**

As a Logistics and Support Manager at Disney, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and overall guest satisfaction by overseeing our logistics, supply chain, and support services. Your role will involve analyzing logistical processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leading initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining the quality and magic that Disney is known for. You will also ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, manage vendor relationships, and lead a team of logistics professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop, implement, and monitor effective logistics strategies.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism industry.

3. Proven ability to develop and oversee logistics and supply chain strategies.

4. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

6. Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems.

7. Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
