Job Description

Amazon Delivery Services is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Amazon Package Drivers in the North Carolina area. As a package driver, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering Amazon packages directly to customers’ doors. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

As an Amazon Package Driver, you will be given the tools and training needed to succeed. You will operate a delivery vehicle, navigate to various locations, and ensure that packages are delivered on time and in excellent condition. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record


• Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds


• 18 years of age or older


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Strong customer service skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle


• Accurately follow delivery instructions and routes


• Deliver packages to customers’ homes and businesses


• Provide exceptional customer service


• Maintain delivery logs and reports


• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines


• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery or customer service is a plus but not required
