Responsibilities

Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn new software.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent is required; however, an associate degree or higher is preferred.


Experience
