Job Description:

Requirements:

? Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus

? Strong written communication skills

? Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

? Assist customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies

? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines products, services, and promotions

? Document customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues

? Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
