Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at AAA, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will address customer inquiries, solve problems, and ensure our customers have a positive experience with AAA services. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling member inquiries, processing requests, and providing information about AAA services and membership benefits. You will be trained in various service protocols to ensure that you can effectively assist and resolve member concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Provide support and assistance during roadside assistance situations. ? Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery. ? Continuously update knowledge about AAA products and services.
