As an At Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with world-class support and ensuring their Apple experience is exceptional. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customer service operations.

Responsibilities

? Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.

? Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, including hardware and software problems.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
