About the Position...
? Full-time role based in Israel with remote work options
? Periodic travel to Cyprus required
? Responsible for developing and expanding the company's activities in Israel

Key Responsibilities:: ? Identify new business opportunities in the Israeli market ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners ? Conduct market research and develop strategies to promote investment properties ? Generate high-quality leads for the Sales Team ? Negotiate deals and close contracts ? Analyze market trends and prepare reports and presentations for management

Requirements: ? Proven success in a similar business development role, preferably in real estate ? Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and access to investors ? Excellent networking and relationship-building skills ? Proficiency in English - mandatory ? Skills in sales analytics, market research, and presentation ? Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities ? Strategic thinking and high adaptability ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively ? Excellent time management skills
