Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities

? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

? Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency

? Provide information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies

? Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations

? Handle payment processing and refunds

? Document and update customer records in our CRM system

? Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed

? Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence
