Essential Duties/Responsibilities
? Attend to client?s questions, complaints, and concerns and facilitate satisfactory resolution
? Conveys to the client a sense of expertise in our debt management product and services
? Provide additional educational and referral resources to the client as needed
? Follows established procedures; performs education and personal financial management counseling, specifically in credit card debt management
? Maintains customer records by updating account information and processing customer adjustments
? Remain well informed on system and product changes by reviewing resources available
? Any other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:
? Familiarity with operating systems, Internet browsers, MS Office Products,
? Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
? Flexibility with work schedule
? Have strong attention to detail and must be able to multi-task.
? Ability to utilize effective interpersonal skills
? Must be highly motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan, organize and follow through on work assignments
? Ability to handle sensitive client information
? Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment
? High Speed internet (DSL or cable) connection required.
Work Experience:
? 3+ years of previous customer service experience, care center experience a plus
? Must have strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
? Experience in credit counseling, financial services, call center or customer service.
