What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively solving problems from start to finish
• Maintain a pleasant, helpful, and courteous attitude while managing customer interactions
• Operate telephone and computer systems to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online claims
• Document customer contacts accurately, ensuring timely acknowledgment and striving for first contact resolution
• Assist with reservations, upgrades, and essential daily tasks for hotel support

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
• Ability to learn and work with department operating systems
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Ability to perform basic math calculations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
• Previous knowledge of Oracle products and NICE systems
• Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to professionalism
