Compensation and Benefits
? Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour
? 50-cent raise after 90 days
? Sign-on bonuses at 90 days and 180 days

Responsibilities
? Ensure and arrange coverage with direct support professionals
? Provide at-home care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
? Offer person-centered support, helping clients achieve their goals and providing emotional assistance
? Work on weekends, typically from 4:00 pm, Friday to 9:00 am, Monday

Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED
? Valid driver?s license and auto insurance
? Satisfactory background check and drug test
? Completion of certification requirements as necessary
? Eligibility for employment in the United States
? Experience with DSP work and habilitation preferred
