Primary Responsibilities
? Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
? Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.
? Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
? Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
? Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
? Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
? Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and formulate comprehensive recruitment strategies.
? Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
? Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain abreast of market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.

Qualifications
? Demonstrated success in roles such as a talent acquisition specialist or recruitment consultant.
? Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and align them with suitable job opportunities.
? Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
? Strong time management and organizational abilities.
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.

Compensation
