Key Responsibilities
? Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to determine student needs and eligibility for special education services.
? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's distinct requirements and learning objectives.
? Deliver direct instruction and support through our online platform, ensuring students remain engaged and achieve progress.
? Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and other professionals to foster a unified educational experience for students.
? Maintain detailed records and documentation regarding student progress, services rendered, and communications.

Required Skills
? Proficient in technology for virtual instruction and assessments.
? Outstanding communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport in a virtual setting.

Qualifications
? Master's degree or higher in Special Education or an equivalent discipline.
? Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
? A minimum of two years of experience as a Special Educator.
