Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager, You Will

Foster collaborative partnerships with clients, leading cross-functional teams from inception to final delivery.

Ensure exceptional service and supply chain efficiency, consistently striving for excellence.

Analyze and report on client performance metrics, setting and achieving mutually agreed targets.

Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Demonstrate effective leadership skills, influencing and inspiring team members.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop cost-effective delivery solutions, maximizing sales potential.

Travel occasionally, up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; or equivalent experience in customer service, supply chain, or sales (3-5 years).

Proven experience leading projects that integrate commercial and supply chain strategies.

Exposure to collaborative cross-functional projects within a business development context.

Salary Range

$92,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually, plus eligibility for a 15% annual bonus. Final compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, reflecting our commitment to equitable pay practices.
