Sales Manager - St. Louis or Chicago

The position will manage multiple food service chain customers in various channels: QSR (Quick service restaurant), FSR (Full-service Restaurant), and Fast Casual. A critical component of this role is selling all package forms to the portfolio or customers. This position will also be responsible for seeking out and converting competitive chain business.

What You?ll Do for Us
? Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships with key members of the customer's organization, reaffirm strategies linked to needs, and steward the business, operational, and/or personal value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company.
? Meet with senior-level buyers to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.
? Meet with outlet management and conduct regular restaurant audits to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
? Confirm your understanding of customers' business needs, issues faced, and opportunities with various customer buyers to develop viable solutions.
? Using information collected during account discovery, build a business plan/solution and contingency plans in collaboration with the customer.
? Activate The Coca-Cola Company System (e.g., cross-functional team members: marketing, finance, operations) to develop and implement a business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume, contributing to overall sales growth for the customers' entire business.
? Provide strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend solutions that drive the business.

Qualification & Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience is required.??? 3+?ears?f successful?ales?ccount management?xperience.
? Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.?? Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tiers.?? Proven ability to identify customer needs based on customer feedback and identify opportunities through technical knowledge.
? Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision effectively.

Travel: Approximately 20%?
Location: Virtual (Home Based) in St. Louis, Chicago or central IL
