Senior Coordinator, Operations - Remote Position
Assists in the day-to-day operational activities of healthcare organizations by providing administrative support, managing data and documentation, and assisting with process execution. Ensures smooth operations, maintains accurate records, and supports the overall functioning of healthcare operations.
Position Summary
? Operating as a website administrator ? receiving, investigating, and making decisions on user access.
? Conducting outbound calls to provider offices and receiving inbound calls.
? Follow management-directed procedures and processes for all key operational tasks and responsibilities.
? Assist management with developing and producing key performance indicator reports to effectively measure progress against key work area targets and objectives.
? Provide support to operational staff with day-to-day inquiries to effectively contribute to the work area operational flow and productivity.
Required Qualifications
? 3 years of experience in a managed care, health care, pharmaceutical, or provider office setting
? 2 years of customer service experience
? 2 years of data entry experience
? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
? Detail oriented
? Ability to navigate between several healthcare products and types of work.
? Ability to research and quickly resolve issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Education
? High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
