Key Responsibilities
? Conduct weekly check-ins to motivate and support students.
? Tailor learning opportunities and resources to suit diverse student needs.
? Maintain regular communication with parents, providing guidance and updates.
? Facilitate both large and small group lessons, creating an engaging learning atmosphere.
? Mentor students in specific subjects and offer tutoring assistance.
? Identify and support at-risk students by coordinating appropriate interventions.
? Collaborate with fellow educators to exchange insights and strategies for success.

Required Skills
? Current teaching certification.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
? Strong belief in individualized learning approaches, demonstrating a commitment to student success.
? Friendly, organized, and patient disposition with a positive outlook.
? Proficient with Google products (email, calendar, documents, etc.).
? Ability to quickly adapt to new online tools and systems.
? Capacity to work independently while managing deadlines and adapting to a flexible schedule.
? Access to necessary technology including a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
? Eligibility to work in the U.S. and reside in an approved state.

Qualifications
? Must possess a current Oregon teaching certification.
? Experience in non-traditional educational programs is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
? Expected weekly hours: 15-20.
