What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Review data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs, acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities and allocations
? Resolve customer questions and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel
? Administer customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance
? Maintain customer-specific national and regional discount files within the employer and customer-based systems
? Coordinate with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
? 3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
? Good judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in situations without direct supervision

? Experience in food wholesale distribution or a related industry
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
? Experience with data management and analysis
