What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide Continuity Program
? Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments
? Manage day-to-day continuity activities and update the Continuity Plan
? Lead the OIT Continuity Working Group and coordinate with teams on related initiatives
? Represent OIT in the statewide continuity community and build collaborative relationships

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of five (5) years of experience in emergency management and/or continuity program design and implementation
? Knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and FEMA's Continuity Guidance Circular
? Ability to develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines
? Experience in conducting training and exercises related to continuity planning
? Must comply with pre-employment background checks and potential drug testing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience with municipal, state, or federal government organizations
? Familiarity with state-specific regulations regarding Emergency Management and Continuity Planning
? Program management experience and relevant certifications (CBCI, CBCP, EDRP)
? ITIL Certification
