? Schedule: Full-time

What You?ll Do:
? Work directly with pre-qualified applicants, helping them decide if obtaining their CDL-A is the right path for them.
? Guide candidates through the enrollment process, providing support by phone, text, and email.
? Coordinate with workforce grant agencies and loan partners to ensure candidates have access to the financial support they need.
? Assist military candidates in utilizing their GI Bill benefits.
? Foster strong relationships with applicants and act as a trusted resource throughout their journey.

? Strong communication skills ? you?ll be speaking with potential candidates via phone, email, and text.
? Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
