? Process patient cases and create benefit investigations within the system
? Call insurance companies to determine patient coverage for pharmaceuticals
? Maintain attention to detail throughout all tasks
? Utilize dual monitors to effectively multitask and manage workload
? Ensure a quiet workspace free from distractions while working remotely

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? At least 1 year of insurance verification experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Active high-speed internet installed and ability to work from home
? Ability to hardwire to an internet router
? Availability for shifts between Monday and Friday, 7a - 8p CST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
? Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah
