Salary: $23-$25/hr. ($47,000-$52,000 annually)

Account Coordinator ? 80% REMOTE (admin or customer service exp. req.) Description

Our client is looking for a Client Support Specialist to add to their team in Minneapolis. Although you have the option to work from your home office 80-90% of the time, you still must be within driving distance of Minneapolis for monthly team meetings and client events. In this position, you?ll support marketing initiatives, membership onboarding, and event planning for clients across multiple industries. If you prefer an environment with a lot of routine and singular focus, this would not be a good fit. However, if you enjoy an environment where you will be working on a variety of tasks making each day feel different than the last, this could be a perfect fit. You will use a variety of skills that will ultimately impact your body of knowledge pushing your personal and career development to new heights. This is a place where the good becomes great. Account Coordinator ? 80% REMOTE (admin or customer service exp. req.) Responsibilities

Serve as an extension and resource to each client

Update calendars and review requests

Coordinate programs and services for new members

Help with the planning and execution of networking events

Prepare board meeting materials and planning details

Onboard new members and oversee database management

Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and compiling reports

Support client communications through newsletters and press releases

Pursue ongoing training and continuing education

Travel to local and yearly national member events as required

Bachelor?s degree required

1 Year Of Customer Service Or Administrative Experience Required

Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment required

Willingness to travel locally 5-10% for client events & 1-2 x?s nationally required
