Account Executive - Managed Services

The Account Executive is responsible for building a portfolio of SMB ,Midlevel & Enterprise Clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: ? Account Management:?evelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact. ? Sales Strategy:?reate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. ? Customer Needs Assessment:?onduct thorough assessments of customer needs, challenges, and goals to provide customized solutions. ? Solution Selling:?resent and demonstrate products/services, effectively communicating their value proposition and benefits to the customer. ? Negotiation and Closing:?ead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and successfully close deals. ? Market Intelligence:?tay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. ? Reporting:?aintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. ? Customer Success:?onitor and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications: ? Experience:?inimum of 4-8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in a related industry. ? Education:?achelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master?s degree is a plus. ? Skills: ? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives. ? Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. ? Attributes: ? Self-motivated and results-driven. ? Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. ? Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience in selling complex technology solutions or services. ? Knowledge of the specific industry or market the company operates in. ? Established network of contacts within the industry.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
