Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: ? Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. ? Perform bank and account reconciliations. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. ? Prepare and process invoices, credit cards, and expense reports. ? Support month-end and year-end closing processes. ? Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. ? Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed. ? Assist with audits and other financial projects as required. Requirements: ? Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing). ? Previous experience in an accounting or finance role. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. ? Experience with Business Central is a plus. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Excellent organizational and time management skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Working Hours: ? Flexible schedule, with 12-20 hours per week. ? Must be available to work during standard business hours. ? This is a remote position.
