? Enter data into spreadsheets to track various business operations and client information.
? Call treatment centers to schedule appointments for presentations, promoting the program to potential partners.
? Make phone calls to treatment centers to arrange appointments with discharge coordinators for follow-up discussions.
? Assist in organizing and maintaining files for easy access and clarity.
? Order supplies from Amazon or other websites, ensuring all necessary items are procured for smooth operations.
? Compare prices across different vendors to ensure the best value for products and services.
? Input client data into appropriate systems and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
? Ensure all bills for six properties are on autopay and accurately recorded in spreadsheets for financial tracking.
? Monitor rent payments to confirm timely receipt for all properties.
? Gather client reviews when possible to assess program feedback and improve services.
? Provide additional support in completing various duties as needed, ensuring efficient operations across the organization.
Skill Set
? Previous administrative experience in a similar role or environment. ? Proficient in English, with strong communication skills. ?
