The Administrative Data Entry is responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our organization's systems. This role involves maintaining data integrity, performing routine clerical tasks, and ensuring that all information is updated and accessible. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with... discretion.

Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding data and records to internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. Retrieve and file documents as needed.

Generate and prepare reports from data, including summaries, charts, and other documents as requested.

Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.

Identify and resolve data-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations and company policies.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
